Hello my friendly friends!! I just got back from Charlotte, NC and let me tell you, it’s a pretty lame city. I know, I know, that is not a nice thing to say, but when it’s 40 degrees and all the shops close at 2 pm, what is a girl to do?! Lucky for me, The Wedding Singer was in town, and I was able to score some sweet seats for $20 because I iz a colleeg stoodent. I was a little skeptical as to the worthiness of this musical, but I like musicals in general so I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I was actually really impressed with this show and was happy with the differences between it and the movie version. Robbie’s fiancé Linda definitely stole the show and her 2 scenes were my favorite by far. That girl can sing! Certain parts can be a little “adult” so it’s probably not a show you want to take your 3 year old niece to, but if it comes to your city, check it out! It’s a great way to spend $20-$50 and it makes you feel like you have a little damn culture in your life!
